Health Clinic

IMAN’s Health Clinic provides no-cost primary healthcare to a diverse patient population on Chicago’s South Side. Operating out of IMAN's new Health Clinic and Administrative Center at 2744 W. 63rd Street every Sunday from 10am to 2 pm and Thursday from 1pm-4pm, the clinic is staffed by a full-time Health Clinic Administrator. Volunteer physicians, and rotating medical students, provide healthcare services.

The new clinic has three fully equipped examination rooms, a lab, a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system, and a secure wireless network. IMAN’s clinic provides screening for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, treatment of non-emergency acute and chronic medical problems, as well as preventive services such as yearly physical exams, immunizations, and health education.

Services we provide:

Treatment for chronic (long-term) conditions, such as:

Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes

Treatment for acute (temporary) conditions, such as:

Colds/Flus, Minor injuries

Screenings for:

Hypertension, Diabetes, Colesterol, STDs, Pregnancy

Preventive Care Services, including:

Physicals, Immunizations 

and Health Care Education.
