Lead Community Organizer

We are seeking a Lead Community Organizer to help push forward our organizing and advocacy objectives during this transformational period.  The ideal candidate has a vast knowledge of organizing strategies and concepts and is committed to direct-action organizing as well as public policy advocacy. We are seeking someone confident in leading multiple campaigns at one time while managing key individual and organizational relationships. The candidate should have a commitment to developing local leaders, building IMAN’s base, and contributing to IMAN’s organizational development.

Development Fellow

IMAN is seeking a strong candidate to serve as IMAN’s first Development Fellow. The Fellow will work closely with IMAN’s Director of Development and will support operations of the Development Office while gaining a fast track into the world of fundraising, with emphasis on special event planning, donor cultivation, and grant seeking. The Development Fellow is a competitive full-time position that offers a stipend to the successful candidate.

Finance Director

The Finance Director provides leadership, guidance, technical expertise and team coordination to support the implementation of IMAN strategic initiatives in the areas of fiscal management, budget analysis, financial reporting, fiscal control and auditing. This position plays a key leadership role in the in the organization as a whole. The Finance Director directs the operations of the Finance Department of IMAN. S/he will ensure that the department is effective, well managed and responsive to the needs of IMAN. His/her responsibility is to ensure the continuous and sustainable financial well being of IMAN through continuous maintenance of systems of internal controls.
