Naadhera began working with IMAN in 1999 as a volunteer with the Pillars of IMAN, the food pantry, and for the 2001 Takin’ it to The Streets. She has extensive experience in special events planning and marketing for Fortune 500 companies, such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, McDonalds, and the TRUTH Campaign.

In addition, Naadhera has volunteered with the Guild Complex and the Chopin Theatre. Since becoming Executive Assistant in early 2007, Naadhera has played a key role in planning the 2007 Takin’ it to The Streets and IMAN's bi-monthly Community Café.
