IMAN featured on PBS

This Sunday, the bi-annual event “Takin It to the Streets” returns to the Marquette Park neighborhood on Chicago’s southwest side. The event also marks the 10th anniversary of the Inner-City Muslim Action Network—also known as IMAN.
IMAN's executive director, and the work of the organization, was briefly featured as a part of a new PBS documentary series exploring the issues facing a post 9/11 America.
While IMAN's social service and organizing work encompasses broad set of areas the documentary was interested in specifically addressing IMAN's relationship with youth and youth programming.'America at a Crossroads’ is a series of 11 independently produced documentaries and premiered on Sunday, April 15 and will run nightly through Friday, April 20 on PBS.
