IMAN’s health center serves residents of Chicago’s south and southwest sides, and the Southwest suburbs of Bridgeview, Oak Lawn, and Chicago Ridge. Services include comprehensive primary care for adults, children, and youth, including prevention services, health education, lab services, and gynecology; individual and group behavioral health care; and dental care. IMAN works closely with Sinai Health System, ensuring patients access to a full range of hospital-based care, at Holy Cross Hospital and Sinai Hospital and Medical Center.

IMAN ensures access to comprehensive, culturally competent, quality primary health care services for all low-income individuals in its service area regardless of age, health status, ability to pay, or any other characteristic. Health center staff and volunteers devote their time and hearts to patients. IMAN is uniquely qualified to meet the health, cultural, and linguistic needs of Muslim and Latino community members, youth, and formerly incarcerated individuals.
