Housing
IMAN’s Green ReEntry program offers transitional housing in Chicago and Atlanta.
Mission
IMAN’s Green ReEntry Housing Program works to implement IMAN’s overall mission of health, wellness, and healing by making its leadership homes spaces that encourage the success of its residents by providing safe housing, structured programming focused on mental, emotional, and spiritual development, and the tools, and resources to create a life vision and a pathway to attain it.
Individual Success Plan
Each residential participant will receive assistance in creating a vision statement and developing an individual success plan. The vision statement will help to create a long-range vision for the future. The plan of service will help in choosing goals, objectives, and responsibilities for making steps towards reaching your vision. Examples of objectives and goals identified by residents may include: completing a GED, overcoming mental/emotional barriers, opening a bank account; increasing financial literacy, becoming healthier, overcoming addiction, etc. Participation in a plan of service is mandatory. Your consistent participation is crucial to you achieving your goals.
